OK guys well I hope this is a solution that is in everyone’s best interests, I think you will all agree it has been a tedious, and very sad time over the past few weeks regarding the fate of BUA....

Discussed in previous correspondence with the committee members that where trying as I was to find a solution to this all ... was the fact that the committee had a new members forum of which I think is a good idea anyway, and also that they would like to have a new web-site... it was also discussed that some members refused to work alongside others, a sad state but their choice...and personally I do not agree with the committee in the future breeding plans...the members have said that they do not want to miss the shows, the forum and meeting and keeping in touch with all their friends, and more importantly that they felt as if they were in a very uncomfortable position feeling like they had to choose, which I am sorry for that was certainly not my intention ever xx

The BUA that myself, Karen and Julie created was always to be open to all, and was built on foundations 5 years ago, a lot has changed over those years so really in effect most of what I wrote myself in the web-site has and shall be changing, the dogs have all changed too for health reasons etc some cannot be bred from etc...so maybe really it is a good thing BUA as it is now , in the hands of the committee , should start from scratch incorporating their plans and visions as they do not obviously agree with mine, this is understandable everyone has different ideas. But the main point is that BUA was to be an equal partnership for all breeders to work together as a team for a breed and this I feel is what is sadly lacking, therefore I see no future in the breed as it stands now... please note that is my personal opinion only .

Therefore I have tried to take everyone’s thoughts and do the right thing for everyone:
Myself and Karen the last remaining founders have signed over the name British Utonagan and the Association of members to the said Committee who from this moment forth are legally liable for all British Utonagan Association endeavours.
I am removing the old web-site and stipulate that my words are NOT to be used as the new BUAs , they have already stated they where building a new web site, as our dogs are the parents of the breeding dogs that they have, we give them permission to use any pictures, pedigree information and health results on the new web-site. The breed standard can be retained by the Association as I wrote it for the breed
I shall sell BUA the domain names that I purchased at the end of the year if they require them. Therefore it shall be they that are legally responsible and not myself.
The original forum has been revamped to be a forum for ALL wolfalikes and all BUA members are more than welcome to still use it, and I hope you do, and mostly I hope my puppy owners still use it to keep gran up to date ;-)) .

And I would request an up to date yearly health report from the new BUA on my lines that I can put in the open forum.

I feel by doing things like this it means that no-one needs feel as if they are stuck between two opposing forces as its really quite ridiculous, and means that you the owners and members actually have more as in new forums and new web site etc.

It also means that I can still follow my original vision that was BUA, and the committee can carry on with their own plans with the new one xxx
